Oh boy, my first e/t estimate Don't trust a word I say here, but I'm going to say 11.9-12.3. Somebody who knows what they are talking about will let you know how close I am.

I'll say 12.5-12.3 range at 110-112ish.

Re: 1/4 Est.

hate to chime in and ask you a question, but how good of a shift do you get out of that kit at wot, i just got my trans rebuilt along with the B&M transgo kit and a few upgrades to the internals and i get an insane mid rpm shift but a near stock wot shift
btw sounds like a fun setup, those 3.73 and 100 shot will be great if it doesnt break anything... i thought hard about 3.73's while i had the trans down but i decided the stock 3.23's were plenty for me for now gl with that car on the streets or at the strip

Re: 1/4 Est.

same results i got out of mine, with the brand new clutches and everything plus a few mods to teh shift kit i get a strong chirp at mid rpm shifts, but wide open it just leaps a little.. its great because you dont want to spin between gears that hard, but ild like it to shift instantly like it does at midrange =/ .. oh well i still love to hear people ask me when i put a stick shift in my car, then take em down the road

Re: 1/4 Est.

I wish mine didn't shift as hard as it does. It's neck snapping and chirping at 1/4 throttle, WOT it's killing my ET with tire spin. Just installed the Transgo kit and cooler without a rebuild on tranny. I went with street/strip settings on the kit. Really fun on wet roads going around corners

Re: 1/4 Est.

maybe itll do better after i get the cooler on the car.. maybe when it starts winding hard it gets hot fast because its got some pretty strong modding done to it, but yeah i definately get a neck snapping quarter throttle shift when my tires hook, definately good for at least a tenth of a second after 3 shifts through a 1/4... or at least i would think so considering the huge difference in shifts. can't wait to run my car at the track again soon, ive got alittle strip here i check it out on, but its nothing like lining up to the clock... thanks for the info to compare to on shift performance though, i think the cooler is the ticket now... hope so at least because thats the only thing i havent had done to the trans lol

Re: 1/4 Est.

on a 100shot, I'd guess 12.70's-12.90's at 108-110mph. That would be my guess with the car basically being stock with gears and a shot of spray.

Re: 1/4 Est.

Your first pass will be bad , unless you get a purge, then you should run high to mid 12s close to 110 mph. Gears will give you about a half a sec and 4 mph on the nitrous.

Re: 1/4 Est.

The 14.3 I added the magnaflow catback and 3.42's and had nittos.I think the gears were worth about 3 tenths and the catback a couple tenths and tires a couple.Your car is lighter so the 13.9 seems right and if you are at better density air.Buddies 94 Z's best mph so far has been 99 at our track .All these numbers are uncorrected.

This season I already have ready for install an asp underdrive balancer,1.6 rr's and vig 2800.
I expect with a 2.0 60ft to see very low 13s with the above.I expect a high 12 with headers if get some of those and a low 12 for sure on 125 shot which might also get.Course this starts to sound like bench racing don't it.. LOL

Curious if anybody with similar mods to me in a vert has got low 12s with the mods I have mentioned. Also I think my mph is a bit low maybe my opti is pooched as lost a water pump and that might have fubared it.
