Hello all, just wondering which mods i should go with for my z. planning on keeping it streetable(mabye driving it 2 or 3 days a week, mostly weekends), but would like for it to be a lil fun every once in a while at the 1/8 mile track. looking to get in the 400 horse power range. i know that adding different things in conjunction is probably best, but where should i start? heads, cold air induction, cam, exhaust. i hate to spend money on a cam and something else just to be disappointed with the results. would appreciate any feedback on name brands and componet combinations. also any suggestions for beefing up my trans would be great also(a4). thanks all.

 

I started with cai, then longtubes and exhaust, now I am about to get some heads ported and then get them put in along with my cam. Thats just what Im doing. Thats one possibility.

 

i have done intake headers exhaust cpu tune and presently working on my heads 1:6 rockers lt4 springs etc after that a port and ploish and a good cam should do the job just an idea
