$388.00 for cap rotor and distributor...
Re: $388.00 for cap rotor and distributor...
the one from Dal is the whole thing, put together, and ready to go
being your's is a '94 you will have to by the more expensive OPTI ('95-'97's are cheaper), sucks but that's how it is

Both Dal and Jason work off a 10% profit margin.. Both are withing 10 bucks of each other. Dal has cheaper prices on some items and Jason on others but all are very close and both are good to work with.. When i was in Ohio i ordered from Jason to avoid Ohio sales tax from Dal and now im in florida I order from Dal to avoid Florida sales tax from Jason..
Buy a complete opti from Jason or Dal.. Dont even bother looking somewhere else for a better deal and dont do a cap and rotor from Autozone.

I will be calling Dal tomorrow morning. I spoke with the local Advanced auto parts guy and he claims that replacing the vacume hose is a must to.

I did the Autozone opti thing... Cost me $350+ and I had to put it together.. It's been on for a year and I haven't had any problems... If I had to do it again though, I'd go through one of the guys listed above with the complete assembled unit.

It is recommended on the vented ones as preventive maintenance, given the age these cars are getting.
