$10 grand to spend.

Hey guys I'm currently selling my two cars to purchase a camaro z28. My plan is to go with a 95 z28 black T-Tops 6 spd and try to find the lowest mileage one i can. i should have maybe a little more that 10 grand. My goal is to buy the car and have enough money left over to get the car into the mid to high 12's asap. I'm addicted to speed, My 3000GT VR4 was around that fast but i have had enough of the import scene. There is nothing better than a V8. But what mods do i need to do that this is what i have planned for so far.

-full tune up/maybe opti,water pump
-CAI intake
-full exhuast and cutout
-headers
-sticky rubber
I'm not sure what to do next. What do you guys think? Any advice? your thoughts. Thanks.

I'm kind of stand offish towards juice i would rather not because i would be using it ALL THE TIME. So what would be next for mods. Port and polish, heads or cam....LT4 kit. I'm not sure.

yes i agree that would be so sick and i have been researching a turbo for a LT1 But there isn't that my options i need to learn more. Or just piece together a custom kit. I love the turbo because during normal driving you can turn down the boost and save fuel and its easy on the motor but when boost calls you turn it up and take care of business thats what i loved about my twin turbo 3000GT.

yes,

get longtube headers, intake, exaust, cutout, and a cam.... you will be easily in the 12's.... most guys with the hotcam, which is a mild cam, will get you tehre easily with headers, intake, and exaust.... Oh, and you cant go wrong with some gears... go 4.11 ration... o have 3.73 and they are awesome, i cant wait to snap my rearend to get 4.11's... you can make the 12's without head work
