Z28 vs. SS/WS6 Sway bars

On a 2002 Z28/TransAm vs. the SS/WS6

Is there a difference in the size of the swaybars?
If so what is the stock size of each?

I know that the upgrades are typically 32/21mm or 35/25mm front and rear respectively. Just want to know what I was starting with as I have an SS.

Thanks!

Stock Z28 & T/A = 30mm front
Stock SS & WS6 = 32mm front
SLP SS & Firehawk = 35mm front

I am pretty sure rears are all the same (21mm) unless it is 1LE

1993-2002 Z28/Formula/Trans Am - 30mm front / 19mm rear
1993 1LE Z28/Formula - 32mm front / 21mm rear
1994-1999 1LE Z28/Formula - 32mm front / 19mm rear
1996-2002 base Firehawk/WS6/SS - 32mm front / 19mm rear
2000-2002 Firehawk/SS with optional Bilstein or 1LE (01-02) option - 35mm front / 21mm rear

For most cars the 32mm GM front bar and stock 19mm rear are a good street setup. Another popupar combination is the solid 35mm ST (not hollow SLP) front bar and the 21mm GM rear bar.

Everyone I know that has tried the 25mm rear bar has reported a very tail happy car. I think that is too much rear bar. That is somewhat dependant on what springs you have. Generally speaking, stiffer springs prefer small bars, and softer springs prefer bigger bars.
