Hey I was wondering 2 things, 1. Say you swap a Z06 cam into a Z28, are you gonna hear a lope sound with this cam? 2. Does the TR224 cam lope good? Im asking cause I am considering these 2 cams for my daily driver. I would like to have a good loping cam sound. Any help would be great thanks alot!

 

TR 224/224 lsa 112 should have a nice lope to it.

 

I dont think the Z06 cam is gonna lope...very slightly but not what I think your asking for...

the 224/224 is what Im probably gonna get...maybe a littler more aggresive than that but not by much

 

You will hear the 224 for sure. The Z06 cam will sound stock.

 

Yeah, if your going for lope you will be very disappointed in what a Z06 cam will give you.

 

will the tr224 with the 114lsa sound good as well, I have a A4 trans.

 

yeah the 224 should be fine with a 114 on an A4...anyone know if you gotta raise the idle on an auto?
