Question Y pipe welding

How hard is it to weld a Y pipe on? Is it just spot welding or a full brazeing, professioinals only kind of thing? Thanks!

Cool

I did not weld mine, I used a easy clamp. it wraps around both pipes where you would normally weld.
Just a little advise when I replaced my factory y-pipe (from Slp) it was a tad too short and my Flow masters started to rub against the heat shield. If I were you I would place the y-pipe on first and make sure everything fits properly before you weld it. Just trying to save you some trouble.

From what I read, the 98-99 req a weld, the others are bolt on. What years is your ride?
