y-pipe for jethot longtubes

jethot will not sell their y-pipe without coating it, but i don't think a y-pipe needs to be coated.

what other y-pipe's will bolt up to the jethot longtubes? are there any companies that make them with cats?

Re: y-pipe for jethot longtubes

I have a 94 Z28 and just went through this with Jet Hot LT's. I've never heard of any manufacturer who makes a Y pipe with cats. I'm running two cats and I had to have a Y pipe custom made. It cost $350 for the job and the cats were $60 each. Also it was hard to find someone who would do the job.

Screw them and the y-pipe. Why not just spend a little extra and get an x-pipe and go true duals. There are existing systems you can buy for a little over $400 or you could probably go the custom route. Just my $0.02.
