wtf is wrong my my LCA's

they are BMR LCA's w/ relocation brackets and ive had them on for about 4 months and i love them and have had no problems but as i was taking a turn this morning (relativly fast) i hear a loud POP noise and my rear end felt like it slide out a bit, i went staright home and tightend the 2 bolts on the relo's (3/4's on both sides if that helps) i only did this on the drivers side to see if it would help, it seems like i have a little wheel hope just starting off normal and my car shakes on tight turns (like trying to drive in a circle)

did i tighten the bolt too much?

Did i tighten the wrong bolts?

Are they greaseable? If so. Do it. Sounds like they are binding.

Do the BMR's have Polly bushing all around or did you get rubber one's?

I got the BRM polly rear and rubber front and found out later you don't grease the rubber one's it eats it away.
