I have a friend who recently bought and 02 WS6. He has a black lid with no markings, stickers, and without the baffles of the nor lid. Is this stock or not? I have seen WS6's with them and with the normal lid. So, what does the stock air lid look like or did Pontiac use more than one type of lid?

Go to the link above. To the right in the menu click on "Install Documents". Under the header "Air Induction" click on "Whisper Lid install".

The first picture on that page is a stock air lid. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and thats an aftermarket air lid.
