won't start, gas smell in engine compartment

Help! Replaced ignition switch last week. Car is running fine....new battery...new starter, etc.

I pulled in the driveway last night, nothing unusual occured, shut the key of...went to bed.

Woke up this am, went out to start the car and it would not start.

Cranks over just fine................then fires for a nano second and then just cranks with what we oldtimers call " no spark ". I'm not saying it is not getting any spark...that is what we call it.

Please help!

Best regards,

Matt

Bad grounds will cause this. Go back over all the wiring that you touched for the battery/starter/ect install.
