I heard no, but I am not sure.

The airboxes are the same on all LS1 cars.

The lower piece on the WS6 is raised. thats the only difference

you might check on hood clearance. The WS6 hood may have a deeper indention for the lid. Find a wrecked car and try putting it in at the wreck yard. It's only 4 screws i think.
