Wideband O2 sensors?

I have heard of people using them on other cars but i never really understood the benefits of them. how do they work and would they be beneficial on a camaro?

Unless you do your own tuning, they are not much help. They are basically the same as what you get on a dyno. You can get kits to run them in your car.
