how come when i get to a stop light or stop sign my idle drops to about 500rpm this is usually with a/c and radio on. i already know this does affect it BUT it never dropped that low before. the lights even dimmed which has happened before ,BUT 500RPM's. Oh and this is only if i put it in nuetral, if i keep the clutch in im ok. Anybody???

 

try a basic tune up, and if you have a system, that could play a part in it..

 

alternator?

 

I'd say your alternator is getting bad.
