I don't have my nittos on right now but I did for 2 years (minus winter time) and they handled pretty well. Not bad in the rain with a fair amount of tread left and they hook great. 
Wish I had the money to buy a new set as the old ones are balding.

gettin mine next week, i plan to drive on the street with them. but my car is only riden on sunny days

I just put a set of BF Goodrich Drag Radials on for the street. I have a set of ET Streets on separate rims for the track. I had smoked my street tires so much that I wore them down past the wear bars. These tires make a big difference if you want to hook and not spin.

I used my BFG Drag Radials as a street tire and I was very pleased with wet and dry performance. I only put 500 miles on them until I bought an extra pair of rims so my BFGs arent wasted during daily driving.
