Who ports ls1 heads (Correctly)

Got some 6.0 aluminum heads that i would like to get ported for a stroker n/a motor. I am going to use theses heads because i have a $1000 rocker arm setup and not going to boost so i don't need thicker deck surfaces. This question always starts with u can get this and that for cheaper/more power.I will be using these heads no matter what. I have seen way to many ls heads destroyed by inexperience. So please no cousin vinny recomendations
1. Who do you use.
2. Was you happy with the time and job
3. Approximate cost
4. Most important, How do i get ahold of them

Thanks for helping and looking forward to some great suggestions. Suggestions of places you did not like are also welcome

The ONLY places I'd trust with making power on stock LS castings is Advanced Indution or Larry Meaux (through Futral Motorsports).

Honestly, though, I probably wouldn't use those heads for an NA stroker buildup -- you can make much more power with the Gen IV rectangle port heads.

Those heads are going to cost you more in the long run. The deck thickness doesn't have anything to do with it, they have a bigger chamber. You just can't mill them and turn them into LS6 heads. You are going to end up spending more on a custom piston in your stroker setup to make up for your big chambers to get into a good compression range. If you had LS6 heads, you could buy an "off the shelf" stroker kit and save some money. The custom piston is going to cost.

And I know you don't want to hear it, but sell those and buy some new ported LS6's that should work fine with your stock rockers. I personally like Livernois, but there are a ton of places out there with proven results.

I have a set of heads with TEA - Total Engine Airflow, they're 243 casting's LS2/LS6 going to a stage 2 for around $1300, plus the cost of the head $600 from a local purchase. They flow almost the same as Trick Flow 215's.

To do it over again, I'd have purchased some Trick Flow 220 as cast heads for $1800 or the Trick Flow 215's for $2400.

I'm doing a relatively mild 228r or 230/232 cam, estimateing finished hp with H/C/I to be around 430rwhp compared to similiar 425-450 H/C combos/bolt ons.

Don't waste your time on a 241 LS1 casting.
