I'd say BMR is a good company to go with. They have boxed LCA's that get the job done.

I'm looking at BMR's also. Thinking about the tubular chrome-moly ones, but also looking at the boxed ones. Kinda hard decision.

The debate over boxed/tubular goes on...

Boxed are stronger. Tubular are well, tubular. I've never heard of any problems with either. Tubular is what most people run. I've never heard of a tubular LCA breaking either. Seems plenty strong enough for me.

I like BMR, all my suspension is BMR (adj phr, sfc, lca, rel brackets, etc). The LCAs are very noisy though. They perform great, but they aren't what I need. I've got the rubber/poly combo, but I'm switching them out for a set of G2 LCAs.

G2 arguably has some top of the line stuff. I will be going with their poly/rod end combo LCA. www.lgmotorsports.com

What kind of setup is this? Street, auto x, drag? That would give some more info on to what kind of LCA to get.

This is almost as good as what size **** are best

Anyway, I am very satisfied with my LG Motorsports aluminum LCA's and PHB. They have double lightweight QA1 rod ends, and are lighter and stronger than stock. I have over 10K miles on them and the rod ends are still quiet.

This is what they look like: http://chuckb.1le.net/tmp/g2_lightweight.jpg

They also are not on their website, but if they should have them in stock.

96z28man, I hi-jacked a thread for you http://web.camaross.com/forums/showt...hreadid=128650
The link Soma07 is pretty informative, maybe help you decide what you will do.

By the info there the G2 LCAs poy/rod would be best,I'm going to have a peak at chucks LCAs now the QA1 rod ends are supposed to be the better of the rod ends. I'm making my own T6 aluminum rear LCAs with the help/info from some guys here. They will have the QA1 rod ends,on both ends rod/rod.

You might want to e-mail brian@spectaclesolutions.net and see what he has to offer.

He's got boxed LCA's with your choice of rubber or poly bushings, powdercoated finish. He's got a good price on them, too.

I haven't seen them on his web site yet, but I know he has them.

LG's phone number is 972-272-7753. I am pretty sure the set of LCA's and PHB was around $320-330 with the good rod ends. These are the same parts LG ran on their World Challenge car.

IMO all the LCA's (non boxed) are about the same. i have seen people run just as good with Lakewood LCA's as i have the higher priced BMR's and Spohns.
the choice is yours. but as long as it has poly bushings, it doesnt matter too much.
