any ideas ?
it seems to come only when i turn the wheel to the left (both in and not in motion).
its like a whistle not sure where its comming from.

 

Probably just the steering pump. Does it happen when turning left, or when the wheel is all the way to the left?

 

Only make right turns.

Mine makes...well, it's not a whistling sound, more like a metal scraping on metal sound when I turn right. It doesn't do it all the time, and no one seems to know what the hell is causing it to make that noise.
