Question Where to find????

Hi folks!

I'm having trouble finding a set of "rear" OEM floor mats for my Z28. My car is a 2000 Z28 and the dealers I searched told me that these reat mats were discontinued. How is posible that a three year old car get discontinued parts already?

I got the OEM front set at eBay. They were for a 2000 Camaro SS. They matched the interior color of the carpet on my car perfectly. They are graphite or EBONY or charcoal gray color. I checked the 2002 Camaro accesory catalog but they only shows three choice of colors, neutral, pewter, and black.

If anyone knows a good place to buy these rear mats throught the internet or by phone(remember, I live in Puerto Rico) please let me know. Thanks

Try www.classicindustries.com

That's odd that GM doesn't carry that as a replacement part anymore.

I have the same color interior that you do, and it is hard to find mats that exactly match on the secondary market (especially rears), but I did the same thing, bought replacements on eBay. I lucked out and got a brand new set of all 4 mats for $25. You just gotta keep checking and eventually someone from a junk yard will list a lot of miscellaneous parts and you'll get lucky.

ask around on some of the message boards, and see if anyone is willing to sell theirs.

I'm sure there are MANY people who have all that kind of stuff removed from their cars for weight reduction, and they are probably just sitting in their garage...
