when doing longtubes and exhaust what cats should i go with
would i gain any extra power or et with aftermarket cats? which ones and what size? now when i do exhaust should i go with 3"?

Hi-flow cats will help a little bit over the stock and exhaust should be at least a 3" exhaust. When doing headers I would try to find headers that have a matching catted y-pipe to ensure proper fitment.
