What's an f1 zamaro?

What's an f1 camaro?
I was driving down the road with some friends,when this camaro drove by,on his rear bumper it didn't say z28 or rs,it said f1 "something" on his rims it said the same thing.My friend who owns a 2000 z28,and has owned about 5 camaros in his life,had no idea what it was,it had 2 pipes somming from the muffler,but they both came out on the left side of the car,instead 1 on each side like on the z28.And those were not tips,they actually both came from the muffler.I tried racing it,but the guy didn't even turn his head.Anyone know?

F1 Zamaro??? 
Was it an LT1 or LS1?
F1 was a dealer installed appearance (mostly appearance, I think...) package for the LT1 Camaro (strpies, stickers etc.).
Never heard about it being done on any LS1's, though...
There's at least a couple of guys on the board here who have the F1's. Might want to check the LT1 Tech.
Or maybe it was just something somebody did on his/her own...

Oops,i meant to say camaro,not zamaro,and i think it was an lt1 because the camaro looked like the older model like a 96 for example.I'm not sure what years those models are made,i think 94-97,but it was one of those.
