what size fernco bellow

what size fernco bellow

ok all im going to get one of the fernco rubber bellows. What size have any of you used with no problems? what size should i stay away from?

If you do a search on this item, you should find it. I think it is 3.5 by 4 inches is the best (and 3.5 by 3.5 is a second best option, but the inside will need some trimming for over the TB). But double check on this because I may be out by 1/2 an inch.

IMO, I wouldn't use the Fernco mod. I did for a little bit but I did not like the fit. Looked very mickey-mouse to me. And I've heard too many bad stories from guys who cracked their aftermarket lid using the Fernco (due to the lack of flex). Some people have no problems though.

I got the Ferco, but there was no way in hell it was going to fit. The TB and MAF are at an angle to eachother, and at the top, only 2-1/2" seperate the two, and the Ferco is 4" long. Plus it is stiff as hell and can break your lid, especially if you have a weak one like SLP or Whisper.
