Well i have a ticking noise in my 99 on the drivers side. It seems to be there after the car warms up. Some are saying rods...some are saying not. The car hasnt lost any performance..or none noticable atleast. But im gonna be throwing LT headers, and most likely a LS6 intake on it shortly. So i figure mine as well pull um out and check um. Should i get the 7.40" Chromemoly, or the Hardened pushrods. They also offer 7.35". Which would be better to go with on a besides bolt ons ls1 engine?

 

The 7.40 chromemolys are what I have in mine. The stock ones are actually 7.37 lenth and no one in the aftermarket offers that size to my knowing. Hope this helps.
