well i would definitely do long tube headers, as well as suspension mods. thats something alot of people definitely recommend is having suspension hooked up. im debating on which headers to get right now as well..

I would get a catback if you do not have one. Also in my opinion the best mods to do first is to strengthen the body so when you add the big mods everything is nice and tight.

Since you already have a cut-out, I would hold out on the cat-back and definatly get some suspension/frame mods done.
Some Lower Control Arms and relocation brakets, Sub-Frame Connecters and a Torque arm are pretty good. No point of making more power when you still can't get a good 60 footer. Do these especially if you are considering to upgrade the gear ratio.

um no traction what so ever even form 30-40 if i hit it the tires spin all day long but i have a friend thats getting me some nitto's pretty chep and with his 400 hp firehawk he says he hooks so after those i don't think traction will be bad so whats the best mod to get some horses people have told me it's a must to have headers before a cam so i'm leaning towards some pacesetter lt's with custome y-pipe sound good

Get the suspension mods I listed above then. Even with nittos, you will still spin at first launch. In case you don't remember, they were SFC, LCA's and their brackets.
