What kind of power will an LS1 with stock heads and full exhaust/intake (headers, lid, etc.) with the 224/224 .561/.561 112 LSA cam?

 

390-400rwhp isn't uncommon, but some have seen 380.

 

I've heard of anywhere from 360-400hp.

 

Really???????? Thats alot of power on the stock heads. That cam isnt that big.

Anyone have this cam?

 

LS1 heads flow extrememly well for stock heads. Some people have done cam swaps and done heads later only to get 15-20 RWHP. Lotta money to spend for 20 hp.

I've seen numerous people almost hit 400 RWHP with the T1 cam which is similar. .558/221 112. Its all in the tuning.

 

I just installed that cam in my 99 T/A.Other than Hooker longtubes offroad matching y-pipe Mti lid freemods and a Flowmaster catback the car is stock right down to the programming. I made 361hp and 358lb/ft torque at the wheels.I think there is more to be had with the other bolt ons and tuning.

 

Those are the types of mods I was talkin about and the type of numbers I figured. With tuning you should be around 370rwhp or so Thanks for the input everyone.
