what intake did a 99 corvette come with

Nope.. It came w/ the LS1 intake..
97 - 00 vettes (98-00 F-bodies) had the LS1 intake (almost positive) 01 to 04 had the better flowing, slightly larger runner LS6 intake.
Pics.. LS1 intake on the left.. For identification. THe 97-00 vette intakes also had the EGR port behind the TB. Also, check the LSX Specs sickey up to. I have a section down tword the bottom about LS6 intake identification..

My dad's C5 didn't have an EGR hole on the top IIRC. But it was an LS1 intake because the LS6 intake wasn't introduced until 2001. Have to dig it out of the attic now that the Maggie has taken it's place.

Corvettes from 1997-2000 came with an LS1 intake manifold, without EGR. Corvettes haven't had EGR for a LOOOOOOOOONG time. The 2001-2004 Corvettes all came with the LS6 intake, whether or not the engine was an LS1 or LS6.
The early Corvette intakes are commonly mistaken (sometimes purposefully) for LS6 intakes soley due to the lack of EGR.
