By the time you pay $40 shipping the loudmouth ends up being close to $80 more. I bought a whisper lid with the differance.

 

I have owned both the LoudMouth and the Hooker, at the same time on 2 different LS1 cars. They are both great exhaust, but radically different. The LM is loud, raspy, and unrefined. It is really only useable with the stock cats, y-pipe and manifolds. With headers they are extremely LOUD. One advantage the LM has over every other catback is that it is lightweight.

The Hooker is deeper, quieter and more refined.
