i would figure an air pump (maybe all models have this?), maybe an egr, and maybe the 2:73 gears (can't remember what cali specifies on gears, whether they want higher or lower)
that's just a guess based off some 2nd gen and a lil 4thg en knowledge (cali made camaros have the dual cats in 95 then eventually all z28s went to them)

their is no moderation on gears.

all models have air pumps, egr, and dual cats stock, and o2 sensors (all 4th gens that is).

All 02s have the same emissions equipment so a Cali smog package has to be a different tune in the PCM.

yeah, thanks. I wasn't completely sure if the early LT1's had them. Thanks for the info.

01 and 02, I think they have EGR, but in a different spot (not on the intake manifold). I could be wrong though. If I am, someone please correct me.

If you mean the NC1 RPO code, all '01 and '02 cars have them - they're rated as 50 state vehicles, so there's no difference.

Yes it does. NONE, NO DIFFERENCE IN EQUIPMENT. At the very most it's a different tune.
