Out of curiosity is there anything missing from this engine bay?

so far i see missing tailights,headlights, spoiler, driver airbag, door panels and t-tops and the hood to.

I cant find anything missing in the engine bay can anyone else?

 

omg that whole car is messed up

 

engine and tranny seem to be there.. says stereo was removed..
but i wouldnt pay more than 6K for that heap.. if any parts are salvageable it wont be many....

and its an auto tranny at that.. ugh..

if you do buy this car for one reason or another, I want dibs on the cruise control setup! heheh

 

well yea i may get this for around 2-3k and i was wondering if its worth fixin up. I can get most parts pretty cheap, but i was worried about stuff in the bay being stripped off. It is a 6spd to,

as for buying it and fixing it up, I wouldnt suggest it... its never the same and never as safe... I would however suggest buy low sell for more... get it, strip it and offer the parts here in the for sale section.. after a few cars you should have enough to go get yourself a used 2002 with low miles..

The original car that this post was about doesn't look that bad at all. My 2001 ss was probably 10 times as bad as that and were painting it this weekend hopefully. As for how much it wil sell for im not sure. I do know that a 2002 z28 with 278 miles on it and was lightly hit all over kinda like this car sold for about $13,000 though.

 

Only thing I could pick out as missing would be the area over the passenger side shock. It looks like a gaping hole, but should not be a problem if your only looking for the engine and/or tranny. BTW notice that there is not a key, but could prob get one made with the VIN.

It might be just the fact that the spoiler is missing, but the hatch area looks really messed up.

well this same place i picked my integra up for 1600 with barely anything missing on it. Ive wanted a z28 since i can remember and there is alotta dismantlers in my area that sell parts for these cars. My friend has the t-tops already so thats not a problem as long as any engine **** isnt missing or damaged im gonna try to grab this. Jacked up paint dont bother me till i get enough $ for a repaint.

Thanks for the help. Im not entirely familar with the underhood of an LS1 yet. Thats the main thing i was worried about. Ive been in the honda game for a while but have always wanted a z28. Good chance it may happen tommorow. Ill post pics and let everyone know what happens tommorow.
