I have a 2000 camaro ss and, I keep hearing everybody talking about "free mods" but no one ever says what the "free mods" are, unless I have overlooked them. So if anybody knows what these so called "free mods" are will you please post them for everybody to see. Thanks.

Free mods are modifications you can do that are...well...essentially free...as in little or no $$$ needed. There's a few here...

If it costs less than $10, it's usually considered a free mod. The exception is the TB Bypass. It's a "free mod" because the kit costs $15, or you can get the parts for about $5 at the hardware store.

 

I understood what they meant by free, I was just wanting to know what some of the mods were. Thanks for all your information.

tb port and polish
free ram air
remove maf screen - Most believe does nothing
port mat housing - Without custom tune your car will probably run wrong
Modify stock thermostat to a 180 or 160
Remove air pump
