What Converter should i get to go along with my mods?

For my information, What is it stock?
Will it give my tranny hell?

My next mod after i get Nittos and some more misc. nitrous accesories is to get a Stall Converter. i was thinking between a 3K or 3500stall? Or should i look into a custom converter? I want something that will work well with a nitrous 100-150shot and my 3.42 gears...

If anyone can give me some links that would be great to....

I would keep it 3000 or 2800 unless you do some valvetrain work.

A higher converter will but you higher in the rpm band which will really wake up your launch, but will also narrow your band of power. I run a "loose" 3600 stall on my LT1 and I have done a lot of work to it. On a stock engine I would not go so high, even on an LS1.

I also have to worry about my rev limiter...

Has anyone tapped it yet with a stall? I can lower the shift with my HPP3 so it will shift sooner. But i surley dont want to tap my rev limiter to much while sprayin...

A 3000 to 3200 stall would work nicely for a street/strip car. Also, a 2.0-2.1 STR will make the launching manageable.
