Im considering doing a head and cam on my engine. However, due to the weak rear end on this car what will I have to do in addition to keep the car stable. Ive heard that you might need to replace the driveshaft. I have 3.73s if it makes a difference.

 

Get whatever heads and cam you want, and get a 12-bolt rear!!! Best advice I can give you, cause if you can hook good with the power that heads and cam are gonna give you, the stock 10-bolt will not hold up too long!!
