weird noise, any ideas?

well first i would like to say hello to everyone this is my first thread. alright now to the problem. i have a '00 TA and when i make left turns ( like curves in the road not at stop signs) my right rear wheel makes a rythmic clunking noise. it sort of sounds like the lug nuts are loose but thats not the case, and it doesnt do it unless my foot is off the gas. also if my car is parked i can grab the rim and push and pull on it really quick it sort of makes the same sound. now i have a few ideas of what it could be but i wanted hear other ideas. thanks in advance for any help.

Welcome to the forum. If I had to guess, I'd start with the bearing.

I am haveing that same problem didn't think of the lug nuts till I read your thread. I checked them and they were tight one was loose so I went to tighten it and the bolt was striped out. Not the threads for the lugs but the other end not sure of what it is called. Maybe check those. That might be the problem. My rim makes the same noise when slowing down and turning.

This is just a guess but I'm told that the handbrake on later cars is a drum brake set-up inside the rotor so it might be something to do with that if it's not the above.
