One of the places you can get them is directly from Sylvania at www.sylvania.com. I checked it out last night and they're running a special deal, buy 1 pair at 49.95,which is a little high, and get the 2nd pair 1/2 price,so I ordered low and high beams.$37.49 a piece that way, that's not too bad.You can also call them 1-888-797-9703

I just cancelled my order for Silver Stars, the reason being I talked with a cust service rep from Sylvania who explained to me that I should only expect to get 1 year out of them.Maybe it's just me but I think they cost a little too much to be replacing them every year, but like I said, that's just the way I look at it.
