Underhood Dress Up

Looking for some items to make my engine look nice. So far I have custom FRCs, I have an A/C accumulator decal, and when I get the LS6 intake Im going to get a custom plate for the front of the cylinder head. Does anyone elese have any pics of ideas for LS1 dress up?

Wrong room. Try in Appearance and maintenance.

I was also looking into the same thing. I hear of PPL relocating wiring harnesses, but where?? CD2 Engine detailer works wonders!! Try RK Sport. Mallory Bilklet Aluminum went out of buisness, or mabie even afterthoughts auto.

Re: Underhood Dress Up

Go on ls1tech and check out the !wireharness mod. Basically just run it in your wheel well.

CD2 sucks. I used it once and will never use it again. Ya, it cleaned well, and shined up things nice but the residue attracts dust and grit and makes it stick. This stuff is like spraying adhesive on your hoses. I still have sticky hoses from this one application back about 6 months ago! Just get some foaming tire cleaner/shine stuff. It works and won't make your hoses and plastics sticky. I even use it on the plastic cowling where the wipers are.
