seriously dude...you don't need to quote what we type, to respond on the next post. not to be a pain..it's just a peeve of mine. if you are addressing something farther up in the thread...OK...but if you're posting right after it...there is no point.

the very nature of a free flowing exhaust will increase noise to a degree. saying whether it's loud or not is like asking if a girl is hot or not...everyone has a differeent opinion.

i was VERY surprised on my cammed ls1 when i threw the mufflers on, couldn't beleive how much quieter it was. it is truely a pleasure to drive on the street. i have a bit more drone due to dumping before the axle. but with cats, and those mufflers, and running out the back...you should be fine

i searched mmr2's bassani setup and it looked good. can i run a single muffleer like he did that has dual inlets/outlets (dual/dual)? you think their would be any differences in sound and performance since all of the exhaust flow is going through one muffler??

you could run that style muffler, but you don't really need to.

and the sound is gonna be different....its a different muffler.

if it sounds better or worse will depend on who's ears are listening.

performance is minimal since it's basically just a straight through muffler with 2x the passages. take the guts out of 2 magnaflow 4x9s...put them next to each other and wrap them in one big case...and you'd have the muffler he was using. the flow characteristics should be nearly identical.
