I'm not sure I understand???

We set prices (in our free markets) based on what the market will bear. If I were selling my car I would price it at the highest price I thought I could get and then work backwards from there. If the supply of Camaros drops off and the number of buyers increases then guess what happends? Higher prices. Additionally, if no one wants these Camaros at these inflated prices then the dealer has to drop the price. Apparently, people want them. I'm no Economist but isn't this how the market basically works?

 

yeah man, what do you expect, for dealerships to give a great deal willingly, they wouldn't stay in business very long, If you ask me i think that $10,000 for a 98 Ws6 with 70,000 is too low,

`98 Formula HardTop: Silver, M6, 44k miles Completely Imacculate and unmolested (no Mods). $12,000 but it needs Rubber.

 

hey thanks for all the replys, the car wasn't a ws-6, was just a trans am. i spoke to the dealer and they told me it was a summer time price. i told them to keep it because i am interested in a ws-6. thanks again bryan
