this mabe a late reply I am on here looking up noise lifters and I watched your video that sounds just like both my 04 & 05 6.0 liter work trucks and also my 06 5.4 (ithink) pick up they all make that same noise you don't hear it from under the hood but you hear it under and from the side or while sitting in the drive through...
GM said its piston slap and nothing they can do about it.

Mine make the exact same clicking sound. I was worried it was a lifter. Reading this post seems to be normal. I just put LT's on and I hear it more now. If you find it let me know. I'll do the same.

^ Yeah. I really didn't notice it after a while.. But not driving my car lately, because I now have a DD, I notice exactly how noisy that engine can be. I think it's just PS too.. It goes away off idle when driving, but that may be because the exh drones EVERYTHING out.

Meh.. It's in the past and that engine will be re built by the end of next year. -Forged bottom end.
