: Any one know what size is ID for the Throttle body Water Bypass Kits ??

 

The hose from the radiator is 5/16'' and the hose from the TB is 1/4''. You can go to a hardware store and get a hose barb that is 5/16 on one end and 1/4 on the other end then you just need about 10''s of 1/4'' hose and 2 additional hose clamps.

 

Yup. You don't need no stinkin' kit for it. Just go to Home Depot and get all the stuff you need.

 

Actually the fitting on the radiator is a bit bigger than 5/16, probably 3/8 or so. I got a several foot long piece of 5/16 fuel line and ran it from the radiator to the coolant cross over line. I used a high pressure hose clamp to secure it since the hose was actually a bit too big. Worked awsome, no problems. To me it looks better than splicing the lines together.
