Throttle body bypass question.

I did the TB bypass and one of the caps (that you put on where the hoses used to run) was very loose and now my radiator is low on coolant. Is there still some coolant that goes through the throttle body after doing the TB bypass?

nope

are you sure you connected both hoses together from each side of the tb?

and that all the clamps are tight?

Yeah, but I had to clamp on the loose cap and it caused a tear in the cap. My waterpump was making a squeaking noise, but I think that was just because the radiator was so low.

Thanks

Like he said. No. The only way coolant gets through the TB are the 2 hoses that should now be connected together. The caps that are put on the TB are just to stop debris and stuff getting into the ports on the TB incase you reconnect it.

I did the TB bypass and don't even have caps on the TB ports.
