throttle body bump stop mod

can you use a voltmeter to tell you when you have the optimum opening when doing this mod.i thought i saw this on an earlier post.thanks

it's better to use a scan tool. that way you're going by what the pcm actually "sees".

Yes a volt meter will work fine. Done 2 that way so far.
Scan tool is a better way to go "if you have one".

Lightbulb 4.7 Volts is the max number, if I remember correctly.

I think the guy that did mine went w/ 4.67 , or close to it.

If you grind (go) over this limit, you get the joy & thrill of attempting to add metal back on and a SES light for your trouble !
