Post Thinking about purchasing 2002 Z28...

I have been looking around at getting a 2002 Z28, but have found that dealers are not budging because this is the last year for car(at least for a while). Should I just go with a certified pre-owned so I have something to work with? Also, does anybody have a Warrantybynet extended warranty? Thanks

I am looking to sell my 2002 Z28 with plenty of mods for a good price, its navy blue with t-tops, everything except leather and traction. 11,000 miles.

Talking

I just bought mine..
They bidged alot on mine. I shouldnt even be in this car but I was lucky enough to get it.

I went to the dealer that had the car I wanted at about 7-8pm on July 31st. Last day of the month, and they were a bit desperate to get rid of the car at the end of the month.

I suggest looking around.. but know the car. Know about it and know if there is a local F-body association.
I was messing with the salesmen at the dealership by correcting them whenever they talked stupid smack.

I suggested that they read about the cars before talking to me.

I ended up with the "old" guy that knew there was no commision on the car to be made but he does get points towards total cars sold.

I am lucky enough to get cars at GM supplier discounts, however, the dealers arent allowing me to use it. I am hearing how these are all limited edition and that there will never be a Camaro ever again. I understand the F-body platform is gone, but there will be more Camaros in the future. How did you finance your deal?
