thanks Cartek, Belts, overheating, SES light, whats next

Damn, picked my car on on Tuesday from Cartek in Garwood, NJ after the put on heads, cam, gears, ASP pulley, Dyno tuned and it drove nice, Fast. Then the problems,. Thursday, got on it a little, both belts broke...ok, I replaced them, seemed ok.
Friday night, SES light comes on, well no biggie, maybe a sensor, will have that code checked.
Saturday day, car ran fine on the highway, then took it home, cleaned it up, went to the store, had it idling for 5 mins., started driving it and booooom, temp gauge starts shooooting up, 2 mins later, at 260!!! Parked it, let it cool off, checked the Radiator fluid, looked fine.
No leaks anywhere.
Checked the coolant measuring stick, light brown murky, but not oily..
Checked oil, looked fine also.

So what is causing t his to overheat...Thermostat sticking? Blown head gasket, waterpump???

Called Cartek, no one there..

Just ran the car for a while in idle and the temp finally went over the 210, climbing, and the fans never turned on.
Is that thermostat?

OKKK replaced the fuse for the cooling fan since it was blown, and the new fuse blew...Anyone hear of any problems with this, especially after ASP pulley was replaced.....

either have a positive wire grounding out somewhere or fan motor crapping out causing too much load and popping the fuse.
