Swap..... Truck To Car Intake Manifold

I recently bought a 01 LS6 cam for my truck, should be a nice improvement over the 190/190 stocker. Well in the process i was thinking of swaping to a car style manifold. Has anyone done this and if so what exactly would i need.

I konw this much, the injectors wont work but what about the fuel rails? Also will the lower intake and T/B clear the accessory bracket?

If it is not too costly i might do the swap.

Any info would be awsome.

Thanks
Faded

Get an LQ4/LQ9 manifold. They were tested to do a little better than the LS6 manifold by GMHTP. You can find one cheaper and I beleive your injectors will still work. F-bods just can't use them because they won't fit under the cowling.

You would need f-body fuel rails and injectors. Are you doing this for cosmetic reasons? If so, ok, but otherwise do like greed suggested and get the LQ4 or LQ9 manifold
