suggestions on springs and shocks

I am looking to upgrade my suspension a little bit. I want to lower my car, so it looks more agressive. I also want to stiffen up the ride a little bit, sometimes it feels like a boat, really dippin on turns. Now, I dont need the best. I need to consider the price along with the performace ( more agressive stance w/ a stiffer ride). I also have the 1le panhard rod and LCAs, which I havent installed yet

thank you

jp

This is what I've got. It gave me what you're loking for.

H&R lowering springs:
1.75 inch drop (looks real good)

Monroe Shocks:

They're no Bilstein, but I talked to a guy at the dealership, and he said they're definately an upgrade compared to the stock ones. (but he told me not to say anything )

Hope this helps

I've got the Eibach Sportlines on my car. I think the drop is perfect. I haven't changed the shocks yet which will be the next upgrade, so any feedback on some shocks would be nice as well.

I just ordered a kit from Year One. It the SS suspension kit basically. It uses Bilstein shocks, progressive rate springs that lower the car about 3/4 inch, lower control arms, adjustable panhard rod, and a front sway bar. It is supposed to ride real nice and raises the Grip from .86 to .90. I will let you know how it rides when I get it at the end of the week. It costs 865 BTW.

I have an eibach pro kit (~$240) and KYB AGX 8 way adjustable shocks. The shocks were only 79 bucks each, i think i got them for 350 shipped from summit. you can also get a speed card and have 0 interest for 6 monthes aor a year maybe. other than that youll have to rent spring compressors and 2 new ball joint boots. the front shocks took a day by themselves, but id highly suggest doing the springs and shocks at the same time...it'll save on the time thing. Also, the pro-kit should lower your car about an inch, but i felt the back was too low, so i paid another 100 for adjustable spring perches and raised the back end up above stock. it looks like a beast now. before the spring perches id hit it, and the front was raising and the back sank like a beyotch. I also did this so the my 315/35ZR 17's wouldnt hit the rear quarters. if i had to go back, id keep the rear springs stock and put lowerings just on the front. there are places that will sell jus tthe fronts...
