all the 4th gen f-body's ive ever worked on has had those.... all were non-1LE.
im not sure what the 1LE bushings look like, tho....

The 1LE sway bars use the same end links as the standard sway bars ... just went over this with two different dealers and a auto parts store. The part number for the 97 32 mm 1LE swaybar endlinks is the same as my 01 30 mm stock swaybar endlinks.
