My friend bought 1.6 ratio rockers for his 02 Z28. I'm just wondering if there's a justifiable reason for this or am I misinformed that LS1 Camaros came with 1.7 ratio rockers?

 

The stock LS1 rocker ratio is 1.7:1

Maybe he got 1.8:1 rockers.

Thats what I thought. I was told he bought 1.6 and I'd believe it....either way thanks for the quick reply. I would have thought he would buy 1.8 rockers but then when I asked him what the displacement on his LS1 was a few months ago he didnt know what that meant. It happens I guess when your daddy buys you a new Z28 and all your parts when you're 18. Even though he has no idea what he's doing, his Z28 will s**t all over mine.
