I own a 2000 camaro Z28, and not a real good tech guy. Anyway some of my buddies coerced me awhile ago to put some Pacesetter long pipe headers with the Borla 3" free flow exhaust on. So i did and now of course my car can't pass the VA state emissions or inspection because i have not cats and my check engine light is on for that reason.
So im lookin for a few good ideas on converting my exhaust into something legal, but still usefull.

something legal? First of all you failed to swap out O2 sims for the rear o2 sensors when you removed the cats. Second, just put some high-flow catalytic converters on your y-pipe and you'll pass with flying colors.
