Question squeaking powersteering cold start up?

my 2001 TA M6 just started doing this in the past 2 months. Its freezing weather here in virginia and when i start the car up everything is fine. when i back the car out and turn the steering wheel i get a rubber rubbing type noise not the typical whine that gm power steering seems to have. Took the car to the dealership, nothing. Any thoughts?

The noise is inside the car coming from the power steering. Just curious if anyone else has ever had this problem before and had any solutions. It only happens in the morning, it never did this in the summer and the steering works fine. It just squeaks like to rubber pieces rubbing each other. I've looked everywhere!

thanks for the reply. What belt are you referring too? I checked the fluid level and it looked just fine. I got plenty of WD 40 so just tell me where to look and I'll spray the hell out of it!
