Just as the title says. My car's sputtering at low RPMs, but it's only for the first few minutes after I start the car. It's only when I start moving, usually 1000-1500 RPMs. The only thing that has happened since it started acting up, was I was driving in a really bad rain storm, and slightly flooded streets. So I think it has something to do with water. Another thing that happened (maybe has something to do with it?) My horn is higher pitched and almost sounds muffled. (I was thinking water got clogged somewhere)

So, what's the verdict?

 

Give it a few days to dry out. I once cleaned the motor in the SS and it farted around and acted up for about a week then was all better.
